This product is a flame-retardant masterbatch made by using a new material compatibilizer as a carrier, melting, mixing, cooling, and cutting through an extruder.

The product has low phosphorus precipitation and phosphine release, good product quality stability, and is easy to disperse in plastics.

This product has excellent environmental flame retardancy and heat resistance (the ignition point of red phosphorus has been increased from 240 ℃ to 290 ℃). In practical applications, it has the advantages of small dosage, good compatibility, and no migration.

The flame-retardant PE series products produced using this masterbatch have excellent physical and mechanical properties, especially high resistance to leakage trace index (CTI) values, and good flame retardancy.
