PP flame retardant masterbatch (polypropylene flame retardant masterbatch) is a reactive flame retardant masterbatch with advantages such as high flame retardant efficiency, low addition amount, good processing flowability, high compatibility with resin, minimal impact on product properties, and no precipitation or frosting. It is currently a flame retardant product used for polypropylene (PP) in the market.

PP flame retardant masterbatch products have low odor value, low VOC, comply with EU environmental standards (RoHS), and do not contain heavy metals, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs).

PP flame retardant masterbatch can be directly used for processing and production after mixing with polypropylene (PP) raw materials, solving the problems of uneven mixing of traditional powder flame retardants and high dust pollution. The product has high crystallinity, high strength, chemical stability, heat deformation resistance, and scratch resistance, and can be applied to the fields of pipes and plates.
